Privacy Policy
This policy covers firati ("we", "us") and our games and websites, including Letox.
The short version
firati doesn't run servers, doesn't have user accounts, and doesn't collect anything itself. The one exception: Letox on iOS shows a single banner ad served by Google AdMob. AdMob processes a device identifier and similar data to deliver and measure the ad, subject to the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt and (where required) a consent banner the first time the ad appears.
Information firati collects
None. We have no servers, no analytics, and no first-party tracking. The firati.com website does not embed advertising or analytics SDKs.
Information stored on your device
Our games may save your in-progress game state, settings, and high scores to your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Advertising in Letox on iOS
Letox on iOS displays one banner ad at the top of the screen during play. The ad is served by Google AdMob. Ads do not appear before you have completed your first game, do not appear elsewhere in the app, and can be removed in a future in-app purchase.
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may receive:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant permission on the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, AdMob receives no IDFA and serves non-personalized ads.
- Coarse location inferred from your IP address.
- Standard device and ad-interaction signals: device model, OS version, ad impressions, clicks, and view duration.
Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Users in the EU, UK, and Switzerland will additionally see a Google-certified consent banner the first time the ad loads.
Third parties
Outside of Google AdMob in Letox on iOS (described above), firati does not share data with third parties, and our games and website do not embed third-party SDKs for analytics, attribution, or social features.
Children
Letox is rated 12+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and AdMob in Letox is not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has used Letox and you'd like us to address it, please contact us.
Your rights
For data firati holds: there is none, so requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws are simple — there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete. For data Google receives through AdMob, see Google's privacy policy for opt-out and access rights, or use the iOS tracking controls described above.
Changes
If this policy changes — for example, if a future game adds an optional online feature — the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
